Dr. Stephanie McGuire, Au.D., F-AAA
Audiologist Dr. Stephanie McGuire, owner of The McGuire Hearing Center, graduated from Ohio University in 2010 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences. After graduation, she attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned her Clinical Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree in 2014. She has extensive training in a variety of clinical settings including, ENT offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and private practice. Dr. McGuire’s primary focus has been in a private practice setting completing diagnostic hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings.
Dr. McGuire is licensed in the State of Ohio, a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Ohio Speech, Language, and Hearing Association, a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and is Board Certified in Audiology.
Dr. McGuire understands the needs of her patients and the effect hearing loss can have on an individual and a family. She grew up in a family with hearing loss and witnessed first-hand the challenges hearing loss brought to the table, for both the individual and the family. After going to countless Audiology appointments with her siblings and seeing her father learn and adjust to having hearing aids she decided that she wanted to be an advocate for others who suffer from hearing loss and provide them with the gift of hearing.
Dr. McGuire and her husband, Matt, were born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and currently reside in Lebanon, Ohio. They have 4 beautiful children, Kaiser, Anthony, Juliette, and Cecelia.
Dr. Alyson Huetter, Au.D.
Dr. Alyson Huetter earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. She continued her education at the University of Cincinnati and earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2019. She started her career working for Cincinnati Public Schools where she worked as an Educational Audiologist and diligently advocated for children with hearing loss. She understands how the impact of hearing loss can affect the lives of individuals from a very young age and is excited to further her career with The McGuire Hearing Center.
Dr. Huetter and her husband, Eric, currently reside in Mason, Ohio with their 2-year old son, Miles.
Dr. Rachael Skinner, Au.D.
Dr. Rachael Skinner received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Miami University. She was awarded her Doctor of Audiology degree from Central Michigan University in 2016. She began her career at Montgomery ENT, where she was the lead audiologist for seven years. Her philosophy is to find the best solution for the individual needs of her patients, and her commitment to excellence in audiology is demonstrated by her continuous pursuit of knowledge and skill refinement.
Ashley Beining
Ashley is working at The McGuire Hearing Center as one of the Patient Care Coordinators. She is the first person to greet you when you visit us here at The McGuire Hearing Center. She has come to us with 14 years of experience in patient/customer service, 3 of which were in an ENT office.
Ashley has a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University in International Studies, but has always had a niche for patient/customer service. She enjoys working here at the McGuire Hearing Center as it is a place that assists in allowing people to communicate more effectively.
Ashley lives with Tyler, her partner of 5 years, and their cat, Louie. She enjoys spending time with family, singing, painting, and playing with her cat.
Nanci Lindholz
Nanci Lindholz has joined The McGuire Hearing Center as a Patient Care Coordinator. She ensures that we are “in-network” with the patient’s insurance plan or third-party hearing care program and that all claims are processed in a timely manner. Nanci also helps the patient understand any billing issues and advocates on the patient’s behalf if necessary.
Nanci is a Certified Medical Assistant with over 30 years’ experience in both the medical and administrative aspects of patient health care. She comes to us from a specialty surgeon’s office where she was most recently the office manager for the last 5 years, having been employed there since May 2000. Nanci retired from this office in Sept 2020 and has now joined The McGuire Hearing Center part-time along with Ashley in the front office.
Nanci resides with her husband, Bryan, and 2 mini golden doodles, Louie and Lemon, in Springboro. She has 4 children and 4 grandchildren who are her pride and joy! Nanci enjoys anywhere that has sunshine and a beach, reading, gardening, golf and spending time with her family whenever possible.
