Meet Ashley Beining

Ashley Beining is one of the Patient Care Coordinators at The McGuire Hearing Center and has been part of the team since 2021. She is often the first friendly voice you hear on the phone or the first smiling face you see when you walk through the door, and she takes pride in helping every patient feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for from the very beginning.

With 19 years of experience in patient and customer service — including 3 years in an ENT setting — Ashley brings both knowledge and heart to her role. She earned her bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Wright State University.  She enjoys being part of a team that helps patients reconnect with the sounds and conversations that matter most, and she finds it especially rewarding to watch patients leave with more confidence than they came in with.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys life with Tyler, her partner of 10 years, along with time spent with family and friends. She loves singing, painting, and relaxing at home with her cats.
