Meet Nanci Lindholz

Nanci Lindholz joined The McGuire Hearing Center in 2021 as an Insurance Specialist.  In her role, she helps verify that patients are in-network with their insurance plans or third-party hearing care programs, ensures claims are processed efficiently, and assists patients with any billing questions that may arise. Nanci also serves as a patient advocate when needed, working to resolve issues and make the insurance process as clear and stress-free as possible.

A Certified Medical Assistant with more than 30 years of experience in both clinical and administrative healthcare, Nanci has built her career around supporting patients with knowledge, accuracy, and compassion. She previously spent over 20 years at a specialty surgeon’s office, where she served as office manager for the last five years, having started there in May 2000. After retiring in September 2020, she later returned to healthcare part-time to join The McGuire Hearing Center.

Nanci takes pride in helping patients better understand the insurance and billing side of their care so they can stay focused on improving their hearing and overall quality of life.

Outside of work, Nanci lives in Springboro with her husband, Bryan, and their two mini goldendoodles, Louie and Lemon. She is a proud mother of four and grandmother of five who are the joy of her life. In her free time, she enjoys sunshine and beach trips, reading, gardening, golfing, and spending time with her family whenever possible.
